The purpose of this book is to break the mold in how we approach mitigation solutions and provide the reader with a wide variety of options and countermeasures either individually as a disintegrator or in a comprehensive manner, to significantly reduce active and mass shootings in the United States, as well as reduce the number of victims from these senseless and deadly attacks. Only a handful of the options and countermeasures identified in this book have been heard on nightly national news broadcasts or in political settings following a deadly attack. Even then the audience only hears one side of the argument. This book provides both sides of the argument.
